Who is zane in h2o

However, that night of her 50th birthday, Annette presented her a gift: A seafoam blue dress with pearls that she recognized as being something out of the 80s irony Is that she liked the dresses when the 90s hit!

She, Annette, and her son-in-law went out to what she thought was some fancy dinner…when it was revealed to be a small dance hall with the theme: Cloudland. Everyone they knew from friends old and new to coworkers, and even strangers she befriended who kept in touch, attended the party. She did raise an eyebrow at Annette being fit for the 50s while she was in the 80s…at least until an old song started playing and Annette asked her to dance…dance to the very song she fell in love with her father to.

And then, she told her the most surprising news: She was to be a grandmother. Hope is important. Lizzie and Josie are important. They were born into a family that: A. Is responsible for the existence of vampire-witch hybrids aka Siphoners - touch-based magic users, B. Has a family history of psychopaths, C. Direct relations to a coven responsible for making hand-held pocket dimensions called Prison Worlds, and D.

The Merge, a way to choose the ruler of the coven by making a set of twins battle it out and - essentially - morph as one. With a family history like that, plus being the next and possibly last set of Gemini twins to do the Merge, that alone sets the proceedings to how internal their story is.

MG is important. Learning to be a good vampire while fighting darker tendencies. Kaleb is important. He represents the vampires willing to indulge in his darker tendencies but can show a willingness to be better if given a chance or shown a better way. A good vampire, but willing to walk the grey line of morality to get things done.

Landon is important. He represents the refreshing sight of a human oblivious to the supernatural. His world turns upside down in one night. Alyssa, Wendy, Jade, Diego, and so many more characters are important because they have to navigate living in a world where their differences could mean life or death, where unity vs. Hope and the twins are just three of the many who are legacies.

Once upon a time, a beautiful princess watched as the king she loved found Happily Ever After without her. For 5 years, she gave herself to her kingdom and ruled justly until the insurgents came.

Too late to save the ones she loves, an unseen entity took pity and reversed the hands of Time. All she had were feelings…and rose petals. Just realizing that since Chuck wrote everything, he purposely made Sam shoot Emma in front of Dean is the same thing as Dean killing Amy Pond in front of her son, Jacob. But I was worried about getting the characterizations of the Batfam wrong so I decided to scrap it.

Posts Following Ask me anything Archive. For the most part, Zane feels a bit like he was just overly paranoid and his dad really just wants to let them run the cafe. Money is coming in, people are always gathering, he has loyal employees and Rikki is doing just beautifully as his co-owner.

One night, Zane overhears his dad talking about Rikki. He hoped it was just subtle mentioning, but then he revealed he wanted to capitalize on Mako and the moon pool. To be fair, his dad was a natural businessman, so if he had any inkling on what the moon pool did, he could use this! Realizing the cafe was a front to bind Rikki to his father and his plans, he formulated a plan. One he might not get Rikki back if it all went down perfectly. But first, he needed to go back. He needed to be Zane Before Rikki.

It hurt Zane to realize just how easy it was to revert to his old ways. On one hand, he now knows that if he had to do it for Rikki, he would. The first step was to get Rikki away from the cafe. This pained him considering it was her name on the signs and advertisements, even more to purposely mismanage the money but one way his father could bind her to him, and by extension the girls, were to use the cafe against her.

So he made a scan using the dirt bike race and he knew Nate would love to help cause a little chaos, and knew Rikki would find out. However, he hated that Will knew how to ride, but it worked…. But then, he starts to notice something. Or rather two somethings. Sophie is a hard worker, but he knows she has a thing for him.

And Will? Especially with the girls involved. Mainly Rikki. To be fair, he understands the whole Water Tentacle thing and understands what the risk is if the guy kept exploring Mako Island. But then, both started crossing boundaries! And that was saying something considering he was working with Denman when he found out the Secret. Zane already knew the consequences of outsiders looking into the group, he recalls most of the Charlotte Incident clearly! And Zane knows that for the last part of his plan, he needs to use Sophie.

While the girls were dealing with Mako, Zane was dealing with his father. He hated that! In hindsight, with Ash and Lewis gone, having another guy to watch the girls was some comfort. Blonde, blue eyes, chiseled chest, a better diver, and greater connection to the ocean, plus his biking skills…Will Benjamin was practically his nemesis the universe made to take Rikki away from him.

He had more and better qualities to him and if he was a better guy, he would have told Rikki this, but the further away from him and distracted she was, the better. And this is where Sophie kissing him as Will Dive Tournament sod the lasting job.

And it worked: Rikki wanted nothing to do with him or the cafe. When his obsession finally lands him the discovery of the mermaids, he is shocked to find it to be Rikki, Emma and Cleo.

With the help of Lewis who is often dragged into Zane's crazy schemes, even though he hates Zane he saves the girls from Dr. Denman and total exposure. He and Rikki break-up after her saying that "they're too different. He soon returns to the girls' lives, determined to rekindle his relationship with Rikki.

The two become a secret couple until Emma and Cleo find out, and greatly disapprove of their relationship due to their lack of trust for Zane, though Rikki feels differently. He's a very caring boyfriend, who is more than what a first impression can be made of him. Throughout the second season Zane's personality begins to change slightly in a nice way after discovering Rikki again as a mermaid.

This is where he tells her that "I was the only one around here that did believe in mermaids" and the two become a couple again, promising not to tell the girls' secret to the world. He also becomes friends with Lewis in order for help about his knowledge on mermaids, like in one episode when he bought a bottle of magic perfume, where he and Lewis discover its effect on mermaids. At first he and a new boy Ash, got into a big argument, causing Rikki and Emma to become angry with each other, but later on, he and Ash were able to discuss the situation and forgave each other.

On some occasions Zane becomes more nice to the girls, and has helped Lewis protect the girl's secret from other people mostly from Nate. Rikki, however, disapproves the idea and makes him lose with Bella's help. At the end of the episode, Rikki puts Zane's motorcycle up for auction to save their finances.

Zane is also present when Cleo's father, Donald Sertori , marries a woman named Sam , and bids Lewis farewell when he leaves to study science in America. After feeling jealous about how Will Benjamin is always diving with the girls, he decides to offer his sister Sophie his sponsorship to help him into the Free-Diving Championship, but he is really aiming to challenge him.

They go to a hotel balcony and get trapped there. Rikki and Zane tell to each other about their struggles with their families. However, it starts to rain and Rikki hides close to the balcony door to keep her secret safe. Zane gives Rikki his jacket to keep her warm. Rikki and Zane are about to kiss when Harrison releases them. Rikki is about to leave, but Zane stops her because she still has his jacket.

Rikki gives Zane his jacket back and they kiss. Zane asks Rikki to go out with him, but she refuses. After Zane sees Emma as a mermaid , but didn't recognize her due to her red hair, everyone makes fun of him. Rikki tells Zane that she'll go out with him if he'll stop talking about mermaids. Rikki and Zane are on the date in the cinema and are unknowingly seen by Cleo and Emma. At the mall, Rikki sees a red dress and wants to have it.

Later, Cleo and Emma force Rikki to choose them or Zane, but she refuses by saying that "friends don't give friends ultimatums". Zane gives Rikki the dress and takes there to Harrison's lunch which is also attended by Emma's family.

Rikki is shocked to find out that Harrison is planning to develop Mako Island and Zane seems to be on his father's side. Zane stands up to his father and Rikki gives the dress back to him.

Zane asks Rikki that if she believe him for seeing the mermaid and she says that she believes in him. Rikki and Zane see Julia's locket at the jewelry store. Rikki wants to have it, but it's too expensive. Fed up with Zane's relationship with Rikki, Miriam jealously buys the locket. Rikki finds out and attacks Miriam to get the locket, but Zane stops her. Rikki gets angry at Zane for standing on Miriam's side.

The locket gives the problems to Miriam and she wants to get rid of it. Zane demands Miriam to return the locket and she says that she will give it to him for a kiss. Rikki sees Zane and Miriam kissing. Zane tells Miriam to give the locket, but she throws it to the water. While Emma dives to retrieve it, Zane does the same. Emma hides and Zane finds the locket. To keep her secret safe, Rikki dries the locket with her power. Denman has returned and the girls and Lewis are worried about her research on Mako Island.

Zane overhears their conversation and goes to Dr. Later, Rikki sees Dr. Denman lying to Zane that there's nothing on Mako Island. Rikki goes to Zane and she tells him that she heard about Dr. Denman has found something. At the beginning of the third season, the cafe is closed and out of business. Rikki had an idea that it should reopen again, but with new trends, such as a live music concert.

In the episode "The Awakening", Zane decided to get his idea and bought the place with his father's money. After her renovation, she named him "Rikki" and was Zane's partner herself. Coffee seems to go better when Rikki works on it. After Rikki broke up with Zane, the cafe was almost on the brink of bankruptcy.

At the end of the season, the cafe seems to have recovered when Rikki went back to work on it. At the beginning of the series, Rikki did not like Zane like most of his friends, because she found him to be a repulsive rich man.

Every time they saw each other, it bothered their friends. However, at one point, Rikki decided to set aside her judgment on him in the episode "The Camera Never Lies", where she discreetly saved him from being eaten by sharks. There, she confessed that she was tired of being "a mermaid". The two share a kiss, but since she was out of control with her powers, she dehydrates Zane and he falls to the ground passed out.

After that, Rikki has no memory of kissing him, but decided to stop exchanging her usual insults whenever they meet. When Rikki and Zane were trapped on a hotel balcony in the episode "Without a Doubt", they started talking and soon realized they were in love with each other.

When Zane asked her to go with him, she refused because she did not want to give up the mermaids friendship, since then Emma had saved him from drowning.
